Who we are
tiranaairportcarhire.com shows cars from rental companies at Tirana International Airport; the booking is made with the rental company through the booking platform. This policy explains what information the site handles when you use it.
What information we collect
When you use the booking search, the pick-up place, drop-off place and dates you choose are sent to our booking partner so it can show the cars available. We never see or store payment card details; payment is handled in the booking system and by the rental company.
When you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, the dates you mention and your message, and we use them only to answer you.
Collected automatically: usage data (pages viewed, time on the site, the site you came from), device details (browser, operating system, screen size) and your IP address, used for approximate location and for security.
How we use your information
To show you cars and prices for your dates, to see through analytics how the site is used and make it better, and to reply to messages sent by email or through the contact form.
Third-party services
Booking partner: the car hire booking widget, which runs searches, takes every booking and the online advance payment; the balance is paid to the rental company. Analytics: Google Analytics, which counts visits and the steps of a booking search. Email delivery service: sends messages from the contact form to us. Each of these services has its own privacy policy for the data it handles.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent to its use, and complain to a data protection authority.
